With a wealth of combined experience in maintaining Herbert Industrial and PALS (Precision Applicators Ltd) weighing and labelling equipment, SureService are expertly placed to provide all types of service maintenance and support for our customers - predominantly in the food processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
Our field engineers cover the whole of the U.K carrying out both reactive calls to breakdowns and planned maintenance to ensure our machines are running efficiently to prevent unnecessary downtime.
Most of our engineers were employed by Herbert Industrial and PALS and therefore have worked with the equipment for many years.
Our engineers are also fully trained to service and maintain all our new equipment for which we provide comprehensive service contracts with a full range of spare parts and consumables.
We offer an out of hours 'on-call' service where a senior engineer is available to provide technical assistance outside of normal working time.
